It is with great pleasure and honour that I invite you to join us for the 23rd World Congress for Esophageal Diseases hosted by the International Society for Diseases of the Esophagus on September 21-23, 2027 in Utrecht, the Netherlands.  

The ISDE is a vibrant multidisciplinary community of physicians, allied health personnel, and scientists all unified in their interest and focus on both benign and malignant conditions affecting this physiologically and anatomically unique organ.   

We are building on the huge success of our most recent meetings in Kyoto, Japan and Brisbane, Australia with attendees from across the globe providing varied perspectives of both benign and malignant diseases of the esophagus with broad representation from gastroenterologists, surgeons, medical and radiation oncologists, pathologists, scientists, nurses, dietitians, industry partners, and patient advocates.
