ISDE 2025 Photo Contest

Don't miss the chance to leave your mark and join the amazing #MyISDE Photo Contest

The Rules

  • Capture your experience at ISDE 2025 and post it on Twitter, Facebook or Instagram.
  • Photos can include individuals or groups (the person submitting the photo will be the name entered in the contest)
  • Use the #ISDE2025 and #MyISDE hashtags
  • You can post as many photos as you like

Make sure your profile is set to public mode so that we are able to see your photos.

Important: All the pictures should be uploaded to the feed. Pictures shared on Facebook and Instagram stories only will not be entered into the contest.

The Prize

FREE Registration to ISDE 2026 Congress in amazing Japan

The contest is open to all ISDE 2025 delegates and speakers.

The winning photo will be selected by our membership committee of judges.

  • By entering the contest, all participants agree, if necessary, to have their name and/or picture used for promotional purposes free of charge.
  • By entering the contest, you attest to your eligibility as outlined in the contest rules and release ISDE and International Conference Services (ICS), as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in this contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
  • The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money.
  • ISDE and ICS, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, reserve the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value.
  • Refusal to accept the prize releases ISDE and ICS, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, of any liability and obligation toward the winner.
  • ISDE and ICS, as well as their respective directors, officers and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation unforeseeable or beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or any other labor dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to hold this contest.
  • By entering this contest, all participants agree to abide by the contest rules as stated above, including any amendment applied by ISDE and ICS.
  • The winner will be announced on social media in the following days and will be contacted via the social media channels.

Online Trivia Game

Test your knowledge in our trivia challenge running from September 16-20, 2025.

How to Join
  • Enter the game using the provided link.
  • Type your real name when prompted so we can identify winners.

  • Answer all trivia questions presented during the game.
  • Each correct answer earns you points.
  • The player with the highest total points will be declared the winner.
  • In the event of a tie on points, the winner will be the player with the fastest overall answering time.
  • The winner will receive one complimentary registration for ISDE 2026 Congress.
  • The winner will be announced on 20 September during the Closing Remarks at ISDE 2025 Congress.
  • The trivia game will open on 16 September at 9:00 PM (local time).
  • The trivia game will close on 20 September at 11:00 AM (local time).

  • Tours are based on capacity as well as facility operations and availability. 
  • Tour dates and times are subject to change and modify. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel any tour if minimum required numbers are not reached.
  • Attendees will be notified in advance if a tour is cancelled, and an alternative tour or refund will be offered.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations by attendees made less than 30 days’ notice prior to the tour departure; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted.
