We have organized a selection of local experiences to help you explore Brisbane with fellow delegates! You can sign up for one of these experiences when you register for the Congress.
Lone Pine Koala
Sanctuary Twilight Visit

Experience Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary as it transitions from day to night with the Nocturnal Twilight Tour, offering unique insights into Australia’s remarkable nocturnal animals and their after-dark behaviours.
Inclusions:
- Encounter iconic Australian wildlife including wombats, Tasmanian devils, tree kangaroos

Hidden Gems and Institutions

Location: Tour of Brisbane locations (return bus transportation will be provided from the BCEC)
Cost: USD 130 per person
This experience will take guests on a flavour some journey to three different venues that combine hidden gems and local icons with some of Brisbane's best specialty drinks and dining spots.
Guests will start by dining alfresco next to the iconic Brisbane River before taking a walk alongside the river to another iconic venue for the main affair before taking a trip down a couple of Brisbane's best foodie laneways and iconic spots, followed by a final dessert stop at one of Brisbane’s best hidden bars.

- Visit at one of city's new hidden wine bars for dessert, cocktail

Tapas Tour

This 3-hour experience all about the key cuisines that make up Modern Australian cuisine. This tour is a taste of the exotic with a variety of meat, seafood and vegetarian tapas. This experience will also allow guests to learn more about the story of key migrant groups to Brisbane, what types of venues are playing a key part in Brisbane's dining scene, discover key aspects of Brisbane's modern food culture, and more.

- Classic Greek dishes, with different Greek style tapas, middle eastern mezze and cheese platters

Story Bridge

Riverlife -
Twilight

Cost: USD 115 per person
Take in iconic sites on your kayak such as the Story Bridge, Howard Smith Wharves and Southbank. After returning to shore get settled in one of our riverside marquees for drinks and grazing board, taking in the spectacular city views.

- Grazing Board (Cheese Platter, Dips and Vegetables, Seasonal Fruit)
- 2 Beverages (choice of Wine, Beer or Soft Drink)

Hop on
Brewery
Tours

Location: Pick-up and drop-off at the BCEC.
Cost: USD 115 per person
It’s all about sampling a range of styles and flavours across award-winning breweries and keeping a smile on your face! Guests get an inclusive brewery tour at a local venue, plenty of fun facts, and lots of new types of beer. With new brews on tap all the time, the lineup of venues may change from tour to tour, but we guarantee three breweries and 12-15 unique tasters. Attendees have the option to purchase food at one of the breweries.

- Tasters at each brewery stop
- Transportation to and from Brisbane Convention Center
- Tours are based on capacity as well as facility operations and availability.
- Tour dates and times are subject to change and modify.
- We reserve the right to cancel any tour if minimum required numbers are not reached.
- Attendees will be notified in advance if a tour is cancelled, and an alternative tour or refund will be offered.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations by attendees made less than 30 days’ notice prior to the tour departure; however, transfer of your registration to another person is permitted.
