Accommodation
You will receive the link to book your accommodation at the reduced group rate after completing your registration. Please do not contact the Hotel or make a reservation directly with the Hotel.
Please book early; due to the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) taking place at the same time, hotel room rates will increase closer to the Congress.
ISDE 2023 Accommodation
The Congress Secretariat (International Conference Services) is the official housing bureau and will offer assistance with the coordination of housing requirements for ISDE 2023. Special room rates have been negotiated and will be available to Congress delegates only.
The success of ISDE 2023 depends on delegates, sponsors and exhibitors using the official Congress hotel by booking through the official housing bureau. ISDE 2023 cannot meet contracted room obligations if registrants reserve rooms outside the official hotels or book hotels through channels other than the official housing bureau. Rooms that are not filled through the official housing bureau create an expense for the Congress in the form of financial penalties (attrition fees) and place the financial success of the Congress at risk.
Housing Piracy Warning
Please be aware that you may receive phone calls or emails from organizations offering hotel accommodation under the pretense of representing ISDE 2023 World Congress – kindly note that these companies are NOT affiliated with the Congress in any way and that we strongly advise you to not book any services with them.
The Congress Secretariat will not be responsible should you have provided them with your payment information.

Compared to other popular cities around the world, where a car is not recommended for getting around, using a car to get around Toronto is an acceptable option. Toronto’s streets are well-laid-out, so it is relatively simple to navigate Toronto’s streets and highways. However, it is still not recommended to get around downtown Toronto by car if you are a tourist.
In Toronto, pedestrians always have the right of way. You must stop for pedestrians. Yellow–orange overhead bars marked with black X’s indicate and often school zone. You should also look out for signs that take effect at specific times, often during rush hour where parking is prohibited and turns as well as lanes are reserved for buses and taxis. These areas are usually marked with white diamond shapes.
