ISDE started hosting live virtual presentations and discussions in 2020 to provide our community with access to information, share knowledge and raise awareness about diseases of the esophagus. Dragon’s Den Research Project 2025
The Young ISDE Research Dragon’s Den is aimed at encouraging and enabling young research to executive their research ideas. An open call for proposals will be issued to ISDE members and the broader esophageal community for applications as follows
- Research projects should be multicenter, international & multidisciplinary
- Selected research projects must be presented live during the Dragon’s Den at ISDE 2025 World Congress in Brisbane.
- Results of the winning research idea will be published in Diseases of the Esophagus
- Winners will be invited to present their research at the 2026 World Congress in Kyoto, Japan
The winning project will be disseminated throughout the ISDE network, and will deliver a major international collaborative study within 12 months.
Your support will be recognized in any communication of the 2025 Young ISDE Dragon’s Den including the call for proposals and announcement of the winner in the Esophagram, emails and social media.

*Using your sponsorship level “credits”, your organization will be able to select items, as industry symposium session, mobile app, lanyard and more, creating your tailored package.

The exhibition is a vital part of ISDE 2025 and every effort will be made to ensure that all exhibitors receive prime exposure and direct engagement opportunities with delegates. Poster boards, networking breaks, Welcome Reception and more will all take place in the Exhibit Hall.

The Exhibitor Manual
Documenting all relevant showcasing information will be available in Q2 2025. It will also include the order forms for additional booth accessories and special requests (i.e. power, lighting, display materials, graphics, food & beverage, lead retrieval etc.).
Space Allocation
Exhibit space allocation will start in 2025, and level sponsors will have first choice in selecting booth location, followed by exhibitors on a “first-booked, first-served” basis, as long as payment is received.

ISDE offers a number of opportunities for your company to speak during the Congress. Companies are welcome to use these slots for invitation-only events or for programs that are open to all attendees.
In 2024 we introduced the symposia with predetermined topics, and it was a great success, so this opportunity will also be available at ISDE 2025.

As the sponsor of a Symposium, you will receive:
- A meeting space for your assigned Symposium (varying room sizes available).
- Basic audio-visual package to include: projector, screen and podium microphone etc.
- Additional AV equipment can be ordered from the official AV supplier via the Congress Secretariat.
- Session information listed on the mobile app and on the website with company recognition.
- Opportunity to have a flyer distributed to all delegates at the Registration Desk (printing is the responsibility of the sponsor).
- Two (2) complimentary one-day badges.
- The Congress will send out an e-Blast to all registered delegates approximately one month prior to the Congress highlighting all industry sessions and a link to your invitation.
Additional AV equipment as well as lead retrieval, can be ordered through the Congress Secretariat after the guidelines are distributed.
Food & Beverage
We highly encourage Symposium organizers to order food and beverage for their audience. All F&B costs are separate from the speaking opportunity fee. Orders can be placed via the Congress Secretariat.
Speaker Honoraria
Any symposium speaker honoraria are not included in the speaking opportunity fee and are subject to individual agreements between the Sponsor and the Speaker.
Promotion
Extra promotion can be purchased separately as an app push notification, flyer, banner ad on eblast and more.

Is your organization interested in a shorter speaking opportunity or a one a one demonstration with the ISDE delegates, the two opportunities below can be what you are looking for:
Theater Presentation (3 available)
The opportunity to host a theater presentation, during one of the morning networking breaks, will provide your company with the opportunity to showcase your organization/service/products to all ISDE delegates.
- 15-minute speaking opportunity/demonstration in the theater area (Exhibit Hall).
- Prominent listing on the Congress Website and Mobile App.
- One (1) complimentary one-day badge.
The Congress Secretariat will assist with marketing by sending a dedicated eBlast to all registered delegates prior to the ISDE Congress with a complete listing of all presentations including times and descriptions.
Demonstration Zone (3 available)
Have access to the Demostration Zone either within the exhibit hall or in the dedicated room (subject to logistical requirements), where your company’s products or equipment will be prominently featured and used by the delegates. During the demo, small groups of delegates will rotate through the stations, giving your team and the faculty the opportunity to conduct a brief, impactful demonstration.
- Have your company’s equipment/product placed in the demo zone of the exhibit hall or in the dedicated room.
- Receive one complimentary badge for a representative who will assist the delegates during the demo.

The Welcome Reception will be the kickoff event of the Congress and will provide delegates & exhibitors with the opportunity to mix and mingle while enjoying refreshments.

Moderated Poster Session (2 Available)
Abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed on poster boards in the Exhibit Hall. Selected Posters of Distinction will be presented by the moderators during the lunch breaks on three Congress days. Presenters will be available to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates.
