Congress Venue
Annex Hall Building, Kyoto International Conference Center (ICC Kyoto)

How To Get There
From Airport to Kyoto Station
Travel from Kansai International Airport (KIX) to Kyoto Station on the Express Haruka train in 80 minutes.
From Kyoto Station to ICC Kyoto
Take the Karasuma Subway Line from Kyoto Station to Kokusaikaikan Station in 20 minutes.
Purchasing transport tickets
We strongly encourage all delegates to either purchase a pre-paid physical IC card in Kyoto or to download the app that will allow you to pay fares on public transportation by simply touching the card on a reader for about one second.

Use the Speakers tab to search presenters by name. Searching within the Schedule only searches session titles and keywords.

Open the Schedule, select a session, then scroll down to view the presentation abstract and speaker information.

Browse exhibitor profiles, discover products and services, and easily locate booths in the Exhibition Hall.
Save Your Schedule
Tap the bookmark icon on any session to save it. View your personalized schedule from Profile → Saved Items.
Browse Attendees
Visit the Attendees section to discover other delegates, view profiles, and connect with colleagues before or during the Congress.
Stay Updated
Enable notifications to receive important announcements, schedule updates, and Congress reminders throughout the event.

Live Translations
Through the app, you can access supported sessions with live captions in your preferred language and switch languages during sessions. You can also listen to translated captions in your selected language directly from your mobile device. Please remember to bring your own headset or earphones to listen to interpretation and translated audio during the Congress.

Water refill stations are available throughout the Annex Hall Building. We encourage delegates to bring a reusable water bottle whenever possible.

In addition to scientific sessions, delegates will have opportunities throughout the Congress to meet peers, reconnect with colleagues, and build new collaborations through networking and social activities.

After Dinner Kyoto Karaoke Party

- Jankara Night Out Kiyamachi (267-3 Kita-Kuruma-ya-cho, 2-chome Higashi-iru, Kawaramachi-dori Sanjo-shitaru, Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto)
- USD 60 per person for Congress Dinner attendees / USD 75 per person for those not attending the Congress Dinner

Unwind with a karaoke after-dinner event at Jankara Night Out Kiyamachi. Enjoy good company, great music, and a lively atmosphere as Congress attendees come together to sing, laugh, and network in a casual setting. 🎤✨

Congress Dinner and Karaoke Party Transport Information
- Outbound Transport
Buses will depart from outside ICC Kyoto starting at 6:30pm, with departures every 5 minutes. The final bus will depart at 6:45pm.
- Return Transport
- Buses will begin departing the restaurant at 8:50pm.
- The Congress Dinner will conclude at 9:00pm.
- All buses will first stop at the Karaoke Party drop-off point.
- Please note that the walk from the drop-off location to the Karaoke Party venue takes approximately 5 minutes.

- Event staff will be available to guide attendees from the drop-off point to the venue. After the Karaoke Party stop, buses will continue to The Prince Kyoto Takaragaike Hotel for attendees who are not participating in the Karaoke Party.
- If you are staying in central Kyoto and do not plan to attend the Karaoke Party, we recommend disembarking at the Karaoke Party drop-off point, as this may be more convenient for reaching your hotel.
- Please note that return transportation will not be provided after the Karaoke Party.
