21st ISDE World Congress for Esophageal Diseases (ISDE 2025), Brisbane, Australia 18\/09\/2025 &#8211; 20\/09\/2025,<\/strong> <strong>has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME\u00ae) with 17.5 European CME credits (ECMEC\u00aes). <\/strong>Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he\/she actually spent in the educational activity.<\/p><p>Through an agreement between the Union Europ\u00e9enne des M\u00e9decins Sp\u00e9cialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME\u00ae credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME\u00ae credit to AMA credit can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/edhub.ama-assn.org\/pages\/applications\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"color: #bf0000;\">https:\/\/edhub.ama-assn.org\/pages\/applications<\/span><\/a>.<\/p><p>Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME\u00ae for ECMEC\u00aes are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.<\/p><p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Information regarding the conversion of EACCME\u00ae credits<\/span><\/p><p>Credit will be converted based on one (1) hour of participation equalling one credit for all activities. Physicians wishing to convert EACCME\u00ae credits to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit\u2122 will be required to access the AMA website at <a href=\"https:\/\/edhub.ama- assn.org\/pages\/applications\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #bf0000;\">https:\/\/edhub.ama- assn.org\/pages\/applications<\/span><\/a> to obtain the necessary paperwork and instructions. Only after confirmation of accreditation has been received can the Provider use the UEMS-EACCME\u00ae logo on material<br \/>related to the educational material. The logo may only be used in conjunction with, and in proximity to, the EACCME\u00ae<br \/>accreditation statement and must not be associated with any commercial logo. The logo cannot be used in notices,<br \/>advertising, or promotion of activities other than in association with the EACCME\u00ae accreditation statement.<\/p><p>Event report<br \/>Based on the participants\u2019 individual feedback, the provider must submit an event report to the EACCME\u00ae within four weeks of the completion of the educational material. This report must include the participants\u2019 feedback, information on the total number of participants and any perception of bias by participants.
